2) Health treasury

With our Monetary treasury this refers to whether our assets > liabilities (surplus) or liabilities > assets (deficit aka debt)
With our Health treasury this refers to whether we are in a state of optimal health (surplus) or sickness/disease (deficit)

The role of a treasury advisor is to help individuals reclaim responsibility for their Monetary and Health treasuries
This is accomplished by helping them study money and health so they can directionally move towards surplus over time
