2025-06-10 21:34:12Yes if you want to. There is a option in proton to attach a copy of your public key to every mail you send. That way if someone wants to use it to encrypt messages back to you they can and proton will auto decrypt in your inbox. If you want to send a encrypted message to a non proton account you will need their public key and have to manually encrypt the text before you send it.
