- Nobody has right to harm innocent. So this right can't be delegated.
- Violence can be used in self defence. This can be delegated, for example on security agencies/police/…
- Not innocent are only ones who has been wiling part of agresion. So ones who sympatie with attacker but did not participated are still innocent.
- Self defence/enforcing compensation from agresor can harm innocent as collateral damage. It his case defender became agresor and need to compensate his victims.
- In cases when collateral damage has been caused because original attacker tried actively use bystanders as shields or in similar situation, it's still defenders role to pay damages to his victims, but he can claim compensation from original attacker
This are universal principles applicable for bar fight and also wars.
