According to Ukraine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Union is set to deliver over 1.35 million artillery shells to Ukraine this year. Currently, the EU is providing around 3,700 shells per day, with plans to ramp up that figure through the accelerated integration of Ukrainian and European defense industries.
To ensure these shells reach their targets, the EU and Ukraine are collaborating to deploy effective delivery systems on the battlefield—France alone is supplying nearly a dozen CAESAR 155mm self-propelled howitzers to Ukraine each month.
