A few weeks ago, following attacks on Tesla cars and dealerships due to Elon Musk’s political stances, President Trump bought one of the company’s vehicles, with the MAGA community organizing to promote the sale of Musk’s electric cars. However, yesterday, Steve Bannon—Trump’s top political strategist—said that everyone who identifies as part of the MAGA movement should sell their Teslas. Today, Trump said he will sell his as well. The president also stated he has no intention of speaking with Musk after yesterday’s attacks.
