I now know that all the mechanisms work for:
1. Login with sticker
2. Pay with sticker
3. Pay to sticker
The final piece will be
4. Prove by sticker
The final one will take some analysis on deciding which credential to present as proof, but I am 100% on the technical mechanisms to do this.
So there you have it folks, a fully functional offline wallet that you can carry on your person (secretly), especially if you are worried about your physical security (phone/cash being ripped off)
