Really well said. We can't possibilly prepare for every single scenario but we can prepare for most, and should be doing that regularly- but not out of fear. Just as a responsible adult that has insurance that can't be bought from a company.
The ability to be adaptable will be the superpower in the inevitable shocks, so focusing on our inner world/equanimity is the best investment of time and energy we can make
