If the inefficient LLM bubble bursts and we get a shift toward smaller LLMs, perhaps combined with efficient extensions, that will be a lot of data centers built out to consume mass amounts of energy ready for the taking by entrepreneurial plebs, or by governments, to seize the opportunity to hash for bitcoin.
