Our market neighbor of 16 years is juggling 3 different health issues, 1 to 2 from which he may not return. The doctor has given him 3 months. He is one of the last old school farmers we know. A growth in his stomach has gone from volleyball to basketball size in one month. The chemo will be brutal on an 80 yro, and this man and his wife (our canoe buddy) must decide MD Anderson or just ride this thing to its denouement. My colleagues are suggesting a Canadian doctor and ivermectin and something called rendenprazole (? prolly got that wrong).
I am devastated.
