If you run UTP along power cables, the connection will be severely degraded or not work at all due to electromagnetic interference, which is why UTP requires a separate conduit.
Maybe with a STP that might work if not too much power is being delivered, but that would be quite expensive and then you have a conductor distributing noise and also any arcs that are big enough to burn through the insulation right to ground of sensitive computers.
The standard for AC power+internet is fibre.
