a boondoggle to begin with - but they should salvage it and do it properly... instead of pocketing the money-laundered funds for something never designed to be a real railway. where are the tax-payer dollars? no repayment structure? serious new train systems would be an economic windfall for the united states - jobs, innovation, transportation, infrastructure.
but this project was a scam start to finish. accountability?
