Big success! It was like giving a gift card. Son scanned the nfc in the card, logged in and saw the balance. With my phone, I made another payment directly to the card, and the balance on Son's phone was immediately updated.
It all looked like regular cash. No bitcoin, lightning or ecash in plain sight, though it was doing the heavy lifting under the hood.
This could disrupt the entire gift card industry! Imagine giving a card you could make payments to!
