Infrastructure Victoria recently released its updated 30-year strategy which is estimated to cost $70 Billion dollarydoos for a State that is already in more debt per capita than New York with precisely ZERO industry there to backstop it.
You only need to browse through the first 10 pages of high-level to see how batshit insane they are - 95% renewables by 2035, building 800,000 times at the same time, lowering residential speed limits to 30kmh, cycling networks, climate change blah blah blah.
