a dog (and cat) door is an exercise in elasticising analytical capability: the power of decision. the dog door has been open since 7am after the puppies ate breakfast on the patio. adult dogs are inside with me. 3 puppies have chosen all morning to stay outside, thaddeus the baddiest chose inside (when they are inside, they have to stay in their bed). they have learned they are not welcome inside if they have no manners; if they are wiggly, they choose outside because they have been encouraged to wiggle outside, rest inside. https://image.nostr.build/a320a6c15a629ead54eb60e273d786d91aef0abc55d26992ea57f8802b8beb6d.jpg
