i wish i had a farmers market, with farmers who don't feed all their beasts corn.
i'm so sick of tasting corn oil taint in everything.
speaking of which i need to cook up some *veal* mince that has been fed locked in an enclosure fed corn.
the only animals on this island that don't get fed corn is goats, but you gotta butcher them right because their skank glands, by which i mean lymph glands, stink so bad that if you don't remove them, it ruins the entire cut.
goat is nice, it's like some midway between venison and veal. i bet that 2 year old goats taste good, given you didn't slash open those skank glands.
