Is Zelenazi ready to capitulate and sign a full Peace Agreement? Or not? And if he still wants all seized territory returned, that's fine. Simply retake them from Russia.
Having said that, I do agree that Russia appears to be slaughtering far too many Ukrainian civilians (non-combatants). That is UNACCEPTABLE. Pooty Poot should Do The Right Thing and rein in his troops to ensure no further violations of The Rules of War occur.
