I can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that most music Boomers and older GenXers tout as being the pinnacle of music is actually trash. Beyond trash actually. It’s actually the same as all the brainrot slop we are exposed to today.
They’re turning it all into jingles for prescription drugs.
Meaning.
They were ALWAYS bad. They were always melodies contrived to sell you some awful idea.
The same idea behind why most people hate Christmas music.
Music written by Jewish people to sell you the idea of Christmas representing consumerism.
Boomer pop music was selling you the idea of Americanism or boomer supremacy. And now. It’s selling you prescription poison. Cool. Thanks guys.
Wait till younger GenX finds out that things like The Matrix or Rage Against the Machine are actually tools selling you gay anal sex or troon hormones being injected into your children.
Just you wait. They’ll just say shit like “we need to be nice to everyone and respect people’s individual choices” while they claim to have traditionalist values or whatever.
