Because nostr is decentralised there isn't one server where everything gets uploaded to like tiktok or Twitter. There are a bunch of free and paid ones. Same goes for the relays, you can set up your own relay if you're really serious about nostr. There are many many different clients and apps used to access nostr, try a few of them out.
