but i think your analysis is basically correct. evil people collaborate against those who are naive about the mechanisms of evil, all the while they are ready to top each other to get a step higher up the pyramid if they can.
and it's not just happening inside the government. i see spook activity, or its cancerous offshoots, everywhere, even here in nostr, most of the dev funding grants are being dished out by people who are no more than a few steps away from one of those "research projects"
