Suggestions:
- Regularly consume insoluble fiber (raw carrot, well cooked white button mushrooms) to clean endotoxin from the GI tract and normalize high motility.
- Consume diary frequently, raw milks and cheeses. High calcium needed to offset phosphates which are high in everything.
- Get plenty of collagen either via gelatinous cuts (oxtail) or with collagen/gelatin powder. Needed to balance muscle meat.
- Eat 1-2oz of beef liver a week and 1-2 dozen oysters for micronutrients + trace minerals.
- Liberally salt everything. Consider potatoes as a beginner starch for potassium and to stabilize blood sugar between meals.
- Consider a good methylated B complex and magnesium glycinate; I trust Pure Encapsulations.
