2025-05-03 18:22:35I’ve always wondered about these expensive steak programs. I often get rib eye at $7-10/lb (with bone) but all the expensive steaks are boneless. Even adjusting for bone weight, the expensive steaks are still double or more the cost of my local store beef per pound. I’ve had A4 Kobe wagyu from Japan, so I’m not unaware of how different some beef can be, but I have a hard time telling the difference between the more common price points.
