Christian complementarianism is a well-meaning but foundationally weak response to feministic egalitarianism. It is being proven as no real antidote to feminism because it is a result of feminism. Ceding ground to the egalitarian zeitgeist by its very existence–as it does not go *far enough* in retrieving a biblical view of the sexes–and has crept more and more into functional egalitarianism over time. It is egalitarianism lite.
The only lasting antidote to feministic egalitarianism is biblical patriarchy — Men courageously reassuming their proper duties of godly rule in the various spheres of human dominion: Godly and courageous father-rule in the home. Godly and courageous ecclesiological fathers in the Church. Godly and courageous magisterial city-fathers in the civic realm.
