2025-05-24 16:39:25I do (if they don't live or work here). But that term can be broad. I generally apply it to nations. It could probably apply between US states though. California is foreign to me. I consider people foreign when this place is foreign to them. That makes sense to me. But if a Canadian lives near the border and travels here frequently (especially if they have family or work ties here), I don't consider them foreigners. That's just my loose usage of the term though.
