Ghelasie, a monk at Râmeț, lived a life of profound simplicity and prayer. During times of hardship, he was known for his unwavering faith and compassion. One winter, he found a lost child near the monastery, freezing and alone. Ghelasie took the child in, warmed him with his own clothes, and fed him the little food he had. When villagers came searching, Ghelasie returned the boy, asking only that they teach him about #God and #love.
