they are good search engines, but they don't reason.
i mainly use it now exactly for simple searches and simple, well known algorithms that would take me longer to write because i hadn't written one before. and once i have that algorithm i can just copy it and reuse it easily for other things.

Parlamentares de diversos partidos, sobretudo da esquerda, apresentaram emendas a uma medida provisória com textos elaborados pela Confederação Nacional dos Trabalhadores na Agricultura (Contag), entidade investigada por envolvimento em esquema de descontos indevidos em benefícios do INSS. A apuração é do portal Metrópoles e confirmada por Oeste.
Segundo a reportagem, a análise dos metadados dos arquivos das emendas revelou que 96 das 578 proposições apresentadas foram redigidas pela Contag ou por uma advogada vinculada à confederação. Os documentos, apesar de assinados por deputados e senadores, trazem como autores os nomes ligados diretamente à entidade.

Bacelar, procurado, negou ter qualquer vínculo com a Contag e disse não saber a origem das emendas. Feghali, por sua vez, afirmou que “as emendas da Contag chegaram ao seu gabinete da mesma forma que várias outras demandas”, via e-mail, depois de contato direto.
Ela declarou ainda que mantém “relação institucional com todas as entidades que defendem os direitos dos trabalhadores e trabalhadoras”, e negou a prática de aceitar proposições redigidas por terceiros.
Emendas refletem alinhamento com a Contag
Já Zé Neto afirmou que suas emendas visavam a proteger sindicatos e associações rurais. Disse ainda que os textos “não têm uma linha, uma vírgula com nada relacionado essa questão das fraudes” e que sua atuação se deu em conjunto com a bancada do PT. Ele foi autor de 11 proposições com metadados da Contag.
Costa, à época líder do PT no Senado, afirmou que, se apresentou emendas, foi “em nome da bancada”. Também com 11 emendas de autoria da Contag, Prates reforçou que as propostas foram feitas em resposta a demandas de categorias ligadas ao PT e que não tinham o objetivo de favorecer grupos irregulares, mas de garantir atuação de sindicatos “honestos”.
As emendas repetem argumentos técnicos e jurídicos semelhantes, especialmente no que diz respeito à revalidação das autorizações de desconto. Um trecho recorrente nos textos diz que “revalidar cada autorização anualmente torna o desconto da mensalidade social praticamente inviável”.

Em outro ponto, os autores argumentam que a revalidação anual traria “inviabilidade operacional” às entidades, “haja vista a movimentação diária de autorizações feitas por todas as entidades que mantêm Acordo de Cooperação com o INSS”.

, por meio de sua assessoria, informou que se opôs à MP 871/2019 por entender que se tratava de um “pente-fino” que poderia resultar na retirada de benefícios de populações vulneráveis. Ressaltou ainda que sua atuação sempre foi alinhada com os trabalhadores e que não operou para “relaxamento no combate às fraudes”.
Dos 15 parlamentares que assinaram as emendas com conteúdo da Contag, apenas seis responderam ao Metrópoles. Permaneceram sem resposta os deputados e ex-deputados Maldaner, Almeida, Marcon, Alencar Filho, Ananias, Rocha, Pereira Júnior, Nelma e Assunção.
