สาระสำคัญของข่าว (วันที่ 17 มิถุนายน 2568)
• เมื่อวันที่ 17 มิถุนายน 2568 คณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) มีมติเห็นชอบมาตรการยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาสำหรับกำไรจากการขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล (Capital Gains) ที่ทำผ่านผู้ประกอบการที่อยู่ภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของ ก.ล.ต. (เช่น Exchange, Broker, Dealer) เป็นระยะเวลา 5 ปี ตั้งแต่ 1 มกราคม 2568 ถึง 31 ธันวาคม 2572.
• มาตรการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมให้ประเทศไทยเป็น “Digital Asset Hub” หรือศูนย์กลางสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลของโลก.
• การยกเว้นภาษีนี้ครอบคลุมเฉพาะการซื้อขายผ่านผู้ประกอบการที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากสำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. เท่านั้น.
ผลกระทบต่อวงการคริปโต
• กระตุ้นตลาดคริปโตไทย: คาดว่าตลาดคริปโตในประเทศไทยจะกลับมาคึกคักและมีสภาพคล่องเพิ่มขึ้น เนื่องจากนักลงทุนทั้งในและต่างประเทศมีแรงจูงใจเข้ามาลงทุนมากขึ้น.
