第一步先把绿豆蒸煮隔水蒸熟。然后倒面粉，在用红糖，白糖都可以加入搅拌均匀第二步准备一个不锈钢托盘把面粉和绿豆裹均匀后倒入托盘里面蒸熟。
第三步蒸熟的绿豆糕先别急着脱模，让它自然冷却到室温。然后，盖上盖子或者保鲜膜，放进冰箱冷藏室！让它至少冰镇2小时以上
