No, that’s backwards. If nostr needs constant and evolving education to learn how to use it and not get scammed or spammed, it will fail.
It is most certainly the responsibility of the developers to build an appealing UI/UX as well as the tools to safely navigate nostr at whatever level of safety the end-user would prefer.
