i'm thinking of other ways to compute a value also, you could just take all of the text content of a given npub, and then compute the nilsimsa hash of that collected body and then from that you could find similar authors, and graph them based on their relative distance from each other and compute tensors between them to optimize them into a finite/unbounded 2d sphere graph that you could traverse to find near neighbours for a recommender.

According to the institution, the decline is a reflection of high trade barriers and investments that pose a threat to mobilizing funding for development. The slowdown coincides with a global trend in which FDI flows to advanced economies have also decreased: high-income economies received only $336 billion in 2023, the lowest level since 1996 and equivalent to just 2.3% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) - half of the peak reached in 2008. According to the document, by 2025, half of all measures related to FDI announced by governments in developing economies will be restrictive - the highest proportion since 2010. "It's no coincidence that FDI is reaching new lows at the same time as public debt is reaching historic records. Private investment will now have to drive economic growth, and FDI is one of the most productive forms of private investment," says Indermit Gill, Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of the World Bank. The World Bank suggests three policy priorities for developing economies: redouble efforts to attract FDI; amplify the economic benefits of FDI; and advance global cooperation. "Reversing this slowdown is not just an economic imperative - it is essential for creating jobs, sustainable growth, and achieving broader development goals. This will require bold domestic reforms to improve the business climate and decisive global cooperation to revive cross-border investment," evaluates M. A tourist broke a centuries-old, handmade crystal chair in a historic palace in Verona, Italy, after trying to sit on it to take a photo. The Italian museum administration was upset and filed a complaint. The Palazzo Maffei museum in Verona shared surveillance camera footage on social media, showing a man sitting on the chair with a woman by his side, before the chair broke due to the tourist's weight. The museum posted on Instagram that this is "every museum's nightmare". The artwork, inspired by Vincent van Gogh's famous "Vincent's Chair" painting, was created by artist Nicola Bolla and acquired by the museum in 2022. The tourists fled before museum staff could stop them, and their identities have not been identified yet.
