A partir desta terça-feira (17), 974 detentos vão deixar os presídios na região de São José do Rio Preto (SP) para o benefício da saidinha temporária. Mesmo sendo expressivo, o número é menor do que em anos anteriores, quando os registros superaram 1,4 mil presos.

Pela primeira vez desde que a nova legislação sobre o regime semiaberto entrou em vigor, menos de mil reeducandos serão liberados no noroeste paulista. A saída, autorizada pela Justiça, ocorre entre 17 e 23 de junho.
A queda no total de beneficiados acompanha as mudanças trazidas pela Lei nº 14.843/2024, que restringiu o direito à saída temporária, popularmente conhecida como saidinha. Desde a sanção da nova regra, o benefício passou a ser permitido apenas para detentos que comprovadamente estejam matriculados e frequentando cursos de ensino supletivo, médio ou superior.
As saídas para visita à família e convívio social foram extintas. No entanto, a norma não retroage: presos que já tinham o benefício garantido anteriormente ainda têm direito às saídas temporárias.
Queda ao longo dos anos
O número atual representa uma redução consistente nos últimos anos. Em março de 2023, por exemplo, 1.466 detentos foram beneficiados. Já na saidinha de março deste ano, mesmo após a nova lei, o número foi de 1.041. Em junho de 2025, o índice caiu para 974.
Segundo Evandro Pelarin, da Corregedoria dos Presídios na região, quem não retornar dentro do prazo estabelecido perde o direito ao regime semiaberto e volta ao fechado.
Ainda de acordo com ele, os presos não saem com tornozeleira eletrônica, pois o sistema prisional não dispõe de equipamentos suficientes para todos. A próxima saidinha ocorrerá em setembro, caso o detento ainda preencha os requisitos exigidos pela Justiça.

I'm thinking I should calibrate the list filter for social to show all of their OPs and any thread they're having a discussion in, but to then show all the parts of the thread available on the relay set (which the logged-in user determines, otherwise it's our community relays and any localhost I can dig up). I absolutely understand how confusing the whole relay setup can be.
Writing to multiple relays is for the purpose of redundancy and censorship resistance. There is nothing that says you need to read from multiple relays, though. If you have one relay that shows you all the notes you want to see, then there's no need to read from more than that.
It's also not just paid relays that are an option for reading from that spammers are not likely to have write access. Web-of-trust relays are also a good option.

I just made a list filter, that always includes the kind 3 (follows) list and all other custom lists you create, and then you can filter the entire feed by that list.
I do find that useful, for making sure I keep track of what my favorite people are posting, and so that I can stalk y'all in the replies. LOL
And I remove the logged-in user's public mutes from every fetch. Private mutes are retarded.
But it isn't a substitute for removing spam and hardcore porn from the relays. There are 18+ relays and completely indiscriminate relays that people can subscribe to, that will add that stuff back into the feed for them, even on Alexandria. But that should NOT be the default behavior.

Yes, more integrity for the media for sure, since the hash of the data can be checked against the file name to ensure they still match. Redundancy of the media is dependent on it being mirrored to other Blossom servers, though. Currently Amethyst doesn't support mirroring your uploads to multiple Blossom servers. I am hoping that will be coming in a future update, as other Nostr clients HAVE added that feature.

Blossom is a protocol, just like Nostr, but built for hosting media files instead of text notes.
Instead of those files having a traditional file name, the file name is a hash of its content. This means the same file can ve stored on more than one server and if the original server is down, it can easily be located on other servers, because the hash will be the same.
It also means that the file's content can be hashed and checked against the file name to ensure the data hasn't been changed since it was originally updated. No one can pull a fast one by replacing your photo from the Grand Canyon with a gif of Rick Astley.

Reportagem da TV Centro América foi até o município em meio às chamas e conversou com as famílias afetadas. TV Centro América acompanhou de perto o incêndio que atingiu Marcelândia (MT) em 2010
No dia 11 de agosto de 2010, um incêndio de grandes proporções atingiu o setor industrial do município de Marcelândia, a 712 km de Cuiabá. Em menos de 24 horas, a cidade e municípios vizinhos ficaram cobertos por fumaça. A TV Centro América acompanhou de perto as dificuldades enfrentadas pelas famílias afetadas.
Esta matéria faz parte da série de reportagens do g1 em comemoração aos 60 anos da Rede Matogrossense de Comunicação (RMC), que relembra grandes coberturas realizadas pela TV Centro América.
Na época, de acordo com a perícia, o fogo teria começado em um lixão, a 15 km do município, em uma área próxima de madeireiras e as chamas avançaram para a área rural atingindo indústrias e casas da região. Rapidamente, o céu de Marcelândia e de cidades próximas se fechou em fumaça.

O repórter Jonas Campos foi até o local e conversou com os moradores afetados pelo incêndio. Mais de 100 casas foram destruídas pelo fogo e cerca de 200 pessoas ficaram desabrigadas. A reportagem da TV Centro América mostrou que a população perdeu pertences, usava máscaras para conseguir respirar em meio à fumaça e tinha dificuldades para dormir.
Ao g1, Jonas relembrou que foi ao local em um avião monomotor que a TV Centro América possuía na época, além de uma história inusitada.
"Houve uma força tarefa enorme com aviões agrícolas. Eu tinha um chaveiro primitivo, mas que era eletrônico e possibilitava o registro de imagem, e eu o emprestei para um piloto. Eu expliquei como funcionava, então ele sobrevoou espalhando litros e litros de água e conseguiu registrar imagens fantásticas que se tornaram manchetes nos telejornais", relatou.
O repórter também lembra das transmissões ao vivo nos telejornais da Rede Globo e em como a cobertura foi importante na sua carreira.
"Uma cidade em chamas! Essa era a manchete. Eu entrei ao vivo, por telefone, descrevendo o cenário. Naquela época, nao existia uma maneira que permitisse entrar ao vivo com transmissão de voz e imagem em tempo real. Marcelândia está marcado no meu histórico profissional devido ao destaque nacional", finalizou.
Naquele período, não chovia na cidade há quase 90 dias. O vento fez com que as chamas encontrassem mais materiais para queimar, como madeiras e pó de serra. Além das casas, foram destruídos carros, máquinas agrícolas e até animais, como gado. Ao g1, Jonas relembrou que foi ao local em um avião monomotor que a TV Centro América possuía na época, além de uma história inusitada.

Horas depois do incêndio, a cidade começou uma campanha para arrecadas doações entre colchões, roupas e alimentos para as famílias desabrigadas.
Centenas de pessoas foram atendidas no Hospital Municipal, apresentando intoxicação, dor de cabeça, conjuntivite, queimaduras de primeiro grau. A Prefeitura do município chegou a decretar situação de emergência. O fogo atingiu 80% das empresas madeireiras e causou um prejuízo de mais de R$ 10 milhões.
