泽连斯基称本周第四批交换的乌被扣押人员已返乌
当地时间6月14日，乌克兰总统泽连斯基宣布，又有一批被扣押人员返回乌克兰。他表示，这是一周内第四次交换。此次返回乌克兰的人员来自乌武装部队、国民警卫队、国家边防局等。乌克兰总统泽连斯基在13日的记者会上表示，乌俄被扣押人员交换和阵亡士兵遗体交换工作有望于6月20日或21日完成。他表示目前乌国防部长乌梅罗夫与俄谈判代表梅金斯基就交换事宜进行接触。双方达成的协议是在交换完成后，双方将讨论下一步行动。

韩总统要求制定对策预防及惩处对朝散布传单行为
据韩国总统府消息，韩国总统李在明14日指示相关部门制定对策，预防及惩处对朝鲜散布传单的行为。韩国总统府说，14日凌晨发现有民间团体在仁川市江华岛向朝鲜散布传单。韩国政府此前已表明立场，要求必须终止威胁边境居民日常生活安全、加剧朝鲜半岛军事紧张的对朝散布传单非法行为。韩国总统府表示，李在明14日已指示所有相关部门制定对策，预防及惩处对朝散布传单的行为，政府将迅速采取应对措施。据悉，韩国政府计划于16日由统一部主持召开有关部门联席会议商讨综合对策，并将依法从严处置14日参与散布传单的民间团体及人员。
