妻が夫に不凍液を飲ませ腎臓に重い障害を負わせたとされる事件で、妻は裁判で起訴内容を認め、検察は懲役４年を求刑しました。
起訴状などによりますと、静岡県裾野市の看護助手の被告（４４）は、２月不凍液を混ぜた薬用酒を夫に飲ませて、一時心停止にさせ、およそ５０日の入院が必要な末期慢性腎不全などを発症させた罪に問われています。
初公判で被告は起訴内容を認め、「夫がモラハラ気味で嫌がらせで飲ませた」などと話しました。
検察は、不凍液を６本買い、以前にもコーヒー牛乳に入れて飲ませるなど常習性が疑われるとして、懲役４年を求刑。
弁護側は「被告は人工透析が必要となった夫に腎臓を移植する意向がある」などとして執行猶予付きの判決を求めました。
判決は３０日に言い渡されます。
