Lets talk Testosterone. So I wanted to touch on this hot topic because I see and hear about low testosterone everywhere. First of all there is nothing wrong with wondering if your in need of hormone replacement therapy, it can be very beneficial if your in the right stage of life.

This is a short and sweet attempt to inform all the men out there thinking about testosterone replacement therapy that it does significantly effect your fertility and will almost certainly and possibly permanently harm it with long term use. Don't let someone sell you the idea of better libido, energy and mood increase with exogenous testosterone when you are under 50. You can ask for a replacement therapy that will work in synergy with your body and not effect your precious fertility.
