距离凤凰传奇“吉祥如意”巡回演唱会青岛站开场不足三天，来自淄博的90后教师小杨已经规划好了她的周末行程：周五下班后直奔高铁站，周六上午凭演唱会门票半价游览云上海天观景台，下午打卡崂山风景区，晚上在城阳体育场与数万歌迷齐唱《奢香夫人》，周日再用门票优惠券享受一顿海鲜大餐后心满意足返程。
“本来只打算看演唱会，发现凭票能解锁这么多福利，干脆来个深度游。”小杨展示着手机里收藏的十几条优惠信息，从景区到酒店再到餐饮，这张门票几乎成为她在青岛的“万能通行证”。
凤凰传奇演唱会青岛站即将开唱，而在这场音乐盛宴的背后，是青岛如何巧妙利用票根经济，将一张张小小的票根转化为撬动消费大市场的杠杆，改变着用户的消费生态。

票根的“跨界”：从单一凭证到消费通行证
在青岛各大景区入口处，工作人员如今会多问一句：“您有近期演出或赛事的票根吗？”这句简单的询问背后，是一场名为“票根经济”的城市消费生态变革。
一张演出票、景区门票或赛事入场券，不再只是留念的凭证。在青岛着力培育的“票根经济”模式下，它摇身一变，成为开启后续消费的“金钥匙”——餐饮、购物、住宿等商家纷纷认票打折，让“买买买”更划算、更顺滑。
这，正是青岛着力培育“票根经济”的精髓：以票根为纽带，将文化、旅游、体育等领域的单次消费，无缝延伸为链式体验。消费者手中的小小票根，串联起文、商、体、旅的融合消费场景，打通了从吸引流量到沉淀消费的闭环。
今年4月举办的青岛马拉松赛事中，票根经济的威力初显锋芒。18家景区推出“号码布就是景区通行证”活动，凭此可免费游览奥帆中心海上游、海底世界，或在青啤博物馆、崂山风景区享受折扣，52家酒店同步推出专属礼遇。
数据证明了这种模式的成效。在赛事前后五日期间，周边景区接待人数环比增长79%，营收增长78%；酒店入住率提升28%，营收增长22%——一张号码布拉动吃住行游购娱综合消费超过1.3亿。
同样的故事发生在羽毛球亚洲混合团体锦标赛。球迷凭球票半价进入观景台，比赛场馆周边酒店全部爆满。不到一周赛事吸引1.6万观众，决赛日单日票房达65万元。
票根经济让消费热情得以延续，实现“曲终人不散”。

城市新玩法：当票根成为“流量密码”
当票根从珍藏的纪念品，升级为撬动新体验的消费入口；从社交分享的谈资，进化为实实在在的优惠凭证，才能真正实现城市消费从“流量”到“留量”的关键跨越。
与此同时，青岛也在不断创新服务模式，让体育场内的激情自然延伸到城市消费场景。
其中，凤凰传奇演唱会开启的“三联场”模式，创下青岛演出市场新纪录。作为应对，城阳区推出覆盖“票前-票中-票后”的全链条服务：歌迷凭购票凭证可预约免费接驳班车，合作酒店提供专属折扣，演出后凭票享受餐饮让利。
青岛文旅还设计了“跟着演唱会去旅行”权益包，在电子优惠册上可以看到：崂山、极地海洋公园等五大景区半价权益，二十余家特色餐厅折扣，以及“演唱会主题房”住宿套餐。
青岛的实践将这种情感价值转化为持续消费动力。此外，青岛还积极推动票根经济与交通、餐饮、零售等行业的跨行业合作。例如，联合滴滴出行推出优惠活动，发放“跟着演出去旅行-青岛专属券包”，为外地游客提供便利；与商场合作开展足球相关特色促消费活动，借助赛事的高关注度和人流量，拉动零售、娱乐等多领域消费。
票根经济的核心在于联动消费，即以票根为纽带，串联起不同消费领域。青岛在推动票根经济发展的过程中，积极打破行业壁垒，实现资源共享和优势互补。
通过跨行业合作和资源整合，青岛将原本孤立的消费场景编织成一张网，形成了相互关联、相互促进的消费生态。这种消费生态的形成，不仅提高了消费市场的整体活力和效率，也为消费者提供了更加便捷、丰富的消费选择。

You can "waste" the majority of that 256gb drive by installing StartOS on it, then using the whole of the 2tb for data just fine. If the 256gb drive is not something you would reuse, it might make sense to do this. A small benefit to doing it this way would be making things clearer for you in the event of any future drive failure... You'll know what failed. But it's no big deal.

Only an absolute power can censor within the reach of it's power. China can censor within China and Bitcoin node operators can censor within Bitcoin. Both require coordination though. If "China" can't convince its state employees to enforce censorship, it won't work and if the node operators don't agree it won't work neither.
Actually the analogy works even for the case where the power gets challenged.
If a small province of China decides not to censor some topic, the state could send in troops and coerce them to avoid China from falling apart.
If some miners decide to not censor something a super majority decided to censor on the consensus level, these minority miners can end up on a minority fork.
