Uma criança de três anos que foi atropelada ao correr para o meio de uma rua na Zona Leste de São Paulo, morreu nesta segunda-feira (10). A família afirma ter havido demora no atendimento médico.
O acidente aconteceu na sexta-feira (6) na Rua Forte dos Reis Magos, no Parque São Rafael. O menino Henry Trevinio Souza estava com o pai, Aquiles Souza Santos, em um bar. A criança correu para atravessar a rua e foi atropelada.
No depoimento, Aquiles contou que o filho nunca ia para a rua sem a sua permissão. No dia do acidente, o menino estava brincando dentro do bar, enquanto o pai o vigiava. Em determinado momento, Aquiles se virou para mudar a música e ouviu pessoas gritando desesperadas.

Segundo o boletim de ocorrência, a motorista do carro parou para prestar socorro, levando Henry e o pai até a Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) de São Mateus. Eles decidiram não esperar uma ambulância, pois estavam receosos que a demora poderia agravar a situação do menino.
Aquiles ainda afirmou à polícia que a situação foi "uma tragédia" e que Henry correu para a rua de uma maneira que a motorista não conseguiu evitar o atropelamento.
Da UPA, a criança foi encaminhada de ambulância ao Hospital Geral de São Mateus. No entanto, ao chegar, a família foi avisada que o equipamento de tomografia estava quebrado e que não havia neurocirurgião no hospital.

Cerca de 5 horas depois, o hospital avisou que existia uma vaga no Hospital Santa Marcelina de Itaquera. Apenas às 10h da manhã do dia seguinte, sábado (7), chegou uma ambulância com um médico para acompanhar a transferência da criança.
O menino foi operado somente às 19h, mas, segundo a família, diante dessa demora de mais de 24 horas, não foi possível estancar uma hemorragia intracraniana, que evoluiu para morte encefálica. Para a família de Henry, trata-se de uma negligência médica.
O Hospital Santa Marcelina comunicou à família a morte de Henry nesta segunda às 14h05.
O que diz o Hospital Santa Marcelina
Em nota, o Hospital Santa Marcelina Saúde informou que, "assim que deu entrada na unidade, o paciente foi prontamente atendido pela equipe de pediatria, sendo posteriormente avaliado pelas especialidades de cirurgia geral e neurocirurgia".
Acrescentou que, "após a realização dos exames de urgência, as equipes médicas indicaram a necessidade de procedimento cirúrgico".
Disse ainda que o hospital é "referência em atendimentos de alta complexidade e reconhecido por seu compromisso com a humanização e a excelência no cuidado" e mobilizou todos os recursos necessários para garantir o melhor suporte ao paciente.

Agência Reguladora aplicou multas que somam mais de R$ 150 mil por quadras esportivas, reparos em vidros, entre outros. Prédios do Parque da Água Branca

A Agência Reguladora de Serviços Públicos do Estado de São Paulo (Arsesp) aplicou nesta terça-feira (10) nove multas, que somam mais de R$ 150 mil, à Reserva Novos Parques Urbanos S.A., concessionária responsável pela gestão dos parques Villa-Lobos, Cândido Portinari e Água Branca, na capital paulista.
As penalidades foram aplicadas após fiscalizações da Agência constatarem falhas na manutenção de estruturas e equipamentos de uso coletivo nos parques. Entre os problemas identificados estão quadras danificadas, sanitários deteriorados, falta de reparos em áreas esportivas e atraso na instalação de sistema de monitoramento eletrônico.
Como o g1 mostrou em 2024, os frequentadores dos parques Villa-Lobos e Água Branca reclamavam sobre a falta de manutenção de algumas quadras esportivas e de bebedouros, além da falta de reforma nos banheiros, que apresentavam infiltrações, vazamentos, azulejos quebrados e pichações.
No Parque Água Branca, na Zona Oeste de São Paulo, a concessionária foi multada por falhas na manutenção do acesso ao Centro de Visitantes (R$ 5.602,80) e no reparo de telhados e vidros quebrados (R$ 8.049,10). Além disso, uma multa adicional de aproximadamente R$ 95,2 mil será aplicada devido ao atraso na implementação do sistema de monitoramento e controle de acesso. O valor será reajustado diariamente até a conclusão do investimento.
No Parque Villa-Lobos, também na Zona Oeste, foram aplicadas multas por má conservação das quadras de tênis (R$ 3.195,96) e de futsal (R$ 3.669,43).

As infrações registradas no Parque Cândido Portinari, na Zona Sul de São Paulo, devem-se à falta de manutenção nas paredes externas dos sanitários (R$ 15.585,23), nas quadras de basquete (R$ 9.962,74) e de futsal (R$ 4.981,35), e na pista de skate (R$ 5.523,88).
A Arsesp destaca que as multas estão previstas em contrato e têm como objetivo garantir a adequada conservação dos espaços públicos sob concessão. A concessionária terá direito a apresentar recurso administrativo contra a decisão.
