On mobile I use Tubular for watching YouTube without ads. It also allows you to listen to the video with the screen off, which can be very handy for video podcasts.
For podcasts I am using Fountain.
For music, I use RiMusic.

When it comes to running an "Economic Node," this just means you are using your own node's blockchain data to keep track of your UTXOs, and if/when you need to make a transaction, you use your own node to publish it, and your node then shares it with the rest of the network. The above can very easily be achieved using Start9 with Sparrow Wallet or Nunchuk, and I am sure other wallets support it, too.
If you decide to go this route, feel free to reach out, as I use my Start9 as my daily driver for all things Bitcoin. Not only for my on-chain transacting, but also for Lightning and home mining.

Um estudante de odontologia, de 19 anos, morreu após apostar um “racha” entre motos no bairro Bandeirante em Santo Afonso, a 266 km de Cuiabá, na madrugada deste domingo (8). Segundo a Polícia Civil, Kayk Batista Tavares pilotava uma moto em alta velocidade e perdeu o controle da direção.
De acordo com a polícia, os agentes foram acionados por volta de 2h40 para atender a ocorrência de trânsito envolvendo duas motos. Segundo os policiais, Kayk e outro motociclista estavam disputando uma corrida nas vias públicas do município.
Ainda segundo a polícia, ao tentar realizar uma ultrapassagem em alta velocidade em uma curva, Kayk perdeu o controle da direção próximo à ponte de entrada no município e caiu.
O jovem foi socorrido com vida e encaminhado a uma unidade de saúde local, mas não resistiu aos ferimentos. O caso segue em investigação.

Poor sod was so sure that Bitcoin was going to go up that he borrowed enough fiat to buy 99.2 Bitcoin. However, lenders aren't about to risk losing their principal, so when the price went down far enough, he was forced to sell everything just to pay the lenders back, losing all of his own money that he'd put into the deal, as well.

I believe OOB transactions do centralize mining. In a big way over a long time frame. My point was you don't have to go OOB to get non standard transactions mined. It's just easier if you do.
Although really I tend to agree with you that miner centralization is a threat to Bitcoin at all. If a pool is misbehaving or too large, people can easily point their hash elsewhere. At the same time, the incentive structure is to be the biggest pool and to be the biggest pool you have to have the best roi for your pool participants. if a pool is saturated because of size, roi becomes worse for participants, and they switch pools to a smaller pool seeking more risk with higher return 30% - 40% seems to be the threshold. It's a self regulating system.
That's not to say it's something we can take our eyes off of or that it doesn't matter. Just to say currently it's not a problem and I don't see it becoming one.
This is why I was largely against Oceans marketing campaign. I don't believe that what they're doing "decentralizes" mining in any other way than any other new pool would. So participants can make their own templates... they had a choice before of template if they wanted to pick a pool that made ones they agreed with or with stratum v2. Don't read that as I'm against Ocean. I'm not. More pools are good DATUS is good. I mean to say I think they had a dishonest marketing campaign to pile altruistic users into their pool.

This coming week will mark 4 years that I have served as an elder for my home church and I can tell you that a large portion of the job is understanding how to make this distinction. Another large portion is understanding that you will always be criticized by those who don't know how to do so.
