This is super interesting because I've seen it in real life. I had to work 36 hours per week when I came into Bitcoin. I now work 24 and my lifestyle hasn't really changed much. I could keep doing 36 and putting it into Bitcoin, but I surpassed my goals and chose to spend time elsewhere. It's quite beautiful. That 12 hours went toward keeping my retirement from melting to zero. I had to keep adding to it just to keep the value about the same over time. Fuck that.

O Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) iniciou nesta segunda-feira (9) às 14h a fase de interrogatórios dos réus acusados de tentar um golpe de Estado para manter o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro no poder após a derrota nas eleições de 2022.

São oito acusados de integrarem o chamado "núcleo crucial" da tentativa de golpe de Estado em 2022:

Almir Garnier – Ex-comandante da Marinha.
Anderson Torres – Ex-ministro da Justiça.

Jair Bolsonaro – Ex-presidente.
Paulo Sérgio Nogueira – Ex-ministro da Defesa.
Walter Braga Netto – Ex-ministro e ex-vice na chapa de Bolsonaro.
Quando Bolsonaro irá depor?
O interrogatório de Bolsonaro deve acontecer entre quarta e quinta-feira, conforme o andamento dos demais depoimentos.

Os réus são obrigados a responder às perguntas?
As perguntas poderão ser feitas por Moraes, pelo procurador-geral, Paulo Gonet, e pelos advogados de defesa. Os réus não são obrigados a responder e podem ficar em silêncio.
Quais são os crimes apontados pela Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR)?
➡️abolição violenta do Estado Democrático de Direito: pune o ato de "tentar, com emprego de violência ou grave ameaça, abolir o Estado Democrático de Direito, impedindo ou restringindo o exercício dos poderes constitucionais". A pena varia de 4 a 8 anos de prisão.
➡️golpe de Estado: fica configurado quando uma pessoa tenta "depor, por meio de violência ou grave ameaça, o governo legitimamente constituído". A punição é aplicada por prisão, no período de 4 a 12 anos.
➡️organização criminosa: quando quatro ou mais pessoas se reúnem, de forma ordenada e com divisão de tarefas, para cometer crimes. Pena de 3 a 8 anos.
➡️dano qualificado: destruir, inutilizar ou deteriorar coisa alheia, com violência e grave ameaça, contra o patrimônio da União, e com considerável prejuízo para a vítima. Pena de seis meses a três anos.
➡️deterioração de patrimônio tombado: destruir, inutilizar ou deteriorar bem especialmente protegido por lei, ato administrativo ou decisão judicial. Pena de um a três anos.
Julgamento de Bolsonaro: quando será? Bolsonaro pode ser preso?
Ao longo de maio, a Corte ouviu testemunhas de defesa e acusação. O interrogatório dos réus marca a reta final da fase de instrução do processo penal.
Na sequência ao interrogatório dos réus, acusação e defesa podem ter prazo para pedir diligências adicionais. Encerrada essa etapa, deve ser aberto o prazo de 15 dias para alegações finais.
Bolsonaro vira réu: o que acontece após o STF aceitar denúncia
Só depois de terminar essa etapa é que o STF marca o julgamento em que os ministros vão decidir se Bolsonaro é culpado ou inocente. Se for condenado, ele pode ser preso. O tribunal decide a pena.

Duas irmãs adolescentes, de 13 e 16 anos, foram atacadas por um cachorro, enquanto caminhavam pela Rua Assur Bittencourt, no bairro Parque Bela Vista, em Tupã (SP), na noite do último sábado (7).

O ataque foi registrado por câmeras de segurança. Nas imagens, é possível ver as adolescentes tentando fugir do animal e subindo sobre um carro estacionado, mas mesmo assim sendo alcançadas. Veja o vídeo abaixo.

As duas foram socorridas por uma vizinha e levadas ao pronto-socorro. A irmã mais nova sofreu uma fratura no braço, confirmada após exames de Raio-X.
Segundo familiares, o cachorro já era conhecido no bairro por apresentar comportamento agressivo e costumava circular livremente pelas ruas. Ainda de acordo com eles, após o ataque houve um desentendimento com o tutor do animal, que deve ser investigado.
Em entrevista a TV TEM, o Sargento da Polícia Militar Ambiental, Alessandro Santos, explicou sobre as procedência tomadas.
"Foi feito um boletim de ocorrência e existe uma legislação estadual que organiza a forma que você vai cuidar do seu cachorro. Uma Lei Estadual de 2003 (nº 11.531), diz que cachorros considerados de raças perigosas, devem ficar trancados dentro de casa, em um local que oferece as condições mínimas para esse animal e não causando maus-tratos para eles. E caso esses cachorros venham ao passeio público, eles devem estar utilizando coleiras e focinheiras." , explicou o Sargento.
Tutores podem ser responsabilizados civil e criminalmente por ataques cometidos por seus animais. Denúncias de maus-tratos, abandono ou omissão no cuidado devem ser feitas à Polícia Civil ou ao setor de Zoonoses do município.

Esse é o terceiro caso de ataque registrados nas últimas semanas. Em Marília, uma mulher de 56 anos teve parte do seu dedo médio decepado após um ataque de pitbull no bairro Jardim Vitória.

A TV TEM teve acesso ao boletim de ocorrência no dia 3 de junho e, de acordo com o registro, a vítima estava passeando com o seu cachorro de porte pequeno chamado Woddy quando o pitbull escapou de uma residência e atacou seu cão.
Ao tentar retirar o pitbull de cima de seu cachorro, a Rosangela Barboza acabou sendo mordida também, machucando parte do seu dedo médio. A vítima foi socorrida pelo Resgate e encaminhada para o atendimento médico no Hospital das Clínicas do município.
E na madrugada do último sábado do mês de maio (31), o cachorro de Leandro Custódio também foi atacado por dois pitbulls no portão de sua residência.
Nas imagens da câmera de segurança, é possível ver os animais atacando o cão através do portão da residência e, posteriormente, um homem aparecendo de moto e retirando os animais do local.
Leandro contou, também em entrevista à TV TEM, que estava trabalhando quando o ataque aconteceu e encontrou seu cão Gamão, de 11 anos, machucado e com uma lesão exposta no maxilar. Ele recebeu atendimento veterinário e está em recuperação.
