This web of trust is huge for first mover in the NOSTR space. So if your looking in to the long term. Keep grinding. However, keep a side hustle too.

#### 谁才是真正从政府税收中得利的人呢？

1. 二元干预：政府预算
所有政府都依赖于强制征收的税收而维持，因此是二元干预的一个首要的例子。所以，政府干预不仅有类似价格管制的三元干预，也有如税收这种二元干预。
如果一位居民赚取10000美元收入要支付2000美元的税，赚取10000美元的官僚并没有真正缴纳这2000美元的税；他所谓的纳税只不过是记账的花招。他实际上取得了8000美元的收入，而根本没缴纳任何税金。
社会中的每个人都在不同程度上是净纳税人或食税人，至于某个具体的人或者行业在此分配过程当中的位置，则需要根据具体情况决定。唯一确定的是，在任的官僚或者政客100%的政府收入来自税收收入，而不相应为此缴纳真正的税金。
因此，收税并以之开支的过程会不可避免地扭曲自由市场上本会形成的生产要素配置，生产的财货类型，以及收入模式。税收与开支的水平越高——即政府预算越大——扭曲程度也越严重。
除了扭曲资源配置外，预算过程还对收入进行了再分配（或可以说是分配）。自由市场并不分配收入；那里的收入是从市场的生产和交易过程中自然、平稳地出现的。
而另一方面，政府预算的二元干预损害了每个人对自己产品的财产权，创造了独自的过程，以及分配的问题。收入和财富不再纯粹因市场上人们提供的服务而产生；它现在流向国家创制的特权，流出那些特别承担税负的领域。
税收构成了大部分政府收入，是其权力与实质的根结。另一方法，也就是创造新的货币。第三种方法是向公众借款。第四种方法是通过出售政府财货或者服务取得收入。它是税收的一种特殊形式。
2. 二元干预：税收
A． 所得税
当政府将额外的惩罚置于人的努力之上时，他通常会懒散下来；但在某些情况下，他会更努力工作，试图抵消这些负担。不过，在后一种情形中，我们必须记住，他会损失“闲暇”，而“闲暇”也是有价值的消费者财货；他现在拥有比他仍然可以自由选择时更少的闲暇。
在惩罚下更努力地工作，单纯从食税者的角度看才会是令人愉快的，他们因此可以从税收中获益。而工作者的生活水平（必然包括休闲）却因此下降了。
所得税对投资所得课税，将投资回报降低至自由市场的时间偏好决定的水平以下，所以缩减了储蓄与投资。净利息回报降低，导致人们让他们的储蓄—投资与新的现实相协调；简言之，高于回报率的边际储蓄与投资，现在会因为评值低于消费而将不再进行。
因为缴纳税款，纳税人的真实收入及其货币资产的真实价值降低了。我们知道，给定一个人的时间偏好表，其真实货币资产水平越低，其时间偏好就越高，因此他的消费投资比也越大。所以所得税会特别地惩罚储蓄与投资而不是消费。
B． 中性税收的尝试
追求中性税收——对于市场中性、使市场大致保持在税前状况的税收——是没有希望的冒险。因为当社会中必然有某些人是纳税人，另一些人是有特权的食税人，缴税就不可能有统一性。
真正对自由市场中性的税收，并不是让收入模式与以前相同的税收；它会以仿佛这项税收真的是一个自由市场价格一样的方式，影响收入模式，以及经济所有其他方面。
实际上，税收的强制性本质，其本身就意味着，如果事情以自愿方式进行，政府的收入会少得多。因此，统一税并非中性，它至少过度地向三类居民征收了税金，因此会扭曲市场结果：他们是穷人、无利害关系的人、以及反对收税的人（这些人出于各种原因，本不会自愿向政府支付这笔统一的税金）。
事实上，既然税是依靠强制征收，显然人们从政府获得的好处显著低于他们被要求支付的数量，因为如果他们有自由，他们会向政府贡献更少的钱。所以，“受益”只不过是政府官员武断的假设。
有人会反对说，为什么我们不能说，每个人的收入有一定比重是得益于“社会”而尽管不是政府呢？
首先，这是无稽之谈。事实上，相反的论点才更为准确：由于A和B都参与社会、享受其利益，A与B之间的收入差异必然源于他们自身具体的价值，而不应归因于社会。无疑，不能用每个人都从社会获益这一点推出比例税的合理性。而且，即便这种说法是正确的，又怎样变戏法说明“社会”就等于国家呢？A、B、C这市场上的三位生产者，对于一人而言另两人的存在就是“社会”。如果他们从这个“社会”中获益，G，政府，又如何能够利用这个事实确立它对他们的财富的要求权呢？
至此我们看到没有任何税收原则对市场是中性的。如果说比例税体现的是一条摧毁整个市场经济和货币经济本身的原则，那么累进税的危害更为严重。因为累进税甚至以更大的比重惩罚有能力的、有效率的人。
在累进税制下，并不是“穷人抢劫富人”，而事实上是国家“抢劫”了他们两者，不论税制是比例税还是累进税。
税收所有可能的类型当中，最有计划地损害和摧毁市场运作的是暴利税。利润是整个市场经济的马达、驱动力。利润与亏损信号推动企业家和资本家，以尽可能最好的方式和组合，引导以及重新引导社会的生产性资源，用于变动条件下变动的消费者欲求。当利益驱动受损，利润与亏损就不再能作为有效的激励，或因此不再作为市场经济中经济计算的手段。
C． 转嫁与影响：行业税
转嫁的第一条规则是，所得税不能转嫁。
认为雇主会把增加的成本转嫁给消费者的看法，也许是有关税收最广流传的谬误的一个例证：仅仅以更高价格的形式，商人就能够将他们变高的成本转嫁给消费者。本书中所论述的全部经济学理论解释了这一学说的错误。因为，给定产品的价格是由消费者的需求表所决定的。成本或者税收变高本身，并没有什么因素可以增加这些表；所以，出售价格的任何变动（不论变高变低），都会减少所涉企业的收益。因为市场上每个行业，在任何时候，都趋近于其相对于消费者的“最大利润点”。价格已经在企业的最大回报点上；因此，更高的税收或者其他强加于企业的成本，都会降低它们的净收入，而不会顺利、轻易地转嫁给消费者。我们因此得出了这个重要的结论：任何税收（不仅仅是所得税）都不可转嫁。
这个过程——损失在整个经济扩散——很难说是“转嫁”。因为税不是被简单地“转嫁”掉了；它只是通过损害被课税的行业而波及消费者。最后结果是生产要素的扭曲。
简言之，税收更容易“向后转嫁”而不是向前。但显然，向后的过程（向后转嫁到生产要素）比对消费者的影响发生得更迅速和直接。
D． 转嫁与影响：统一销售税
统一销售税被认为是税收向前转嫁最为流行的例子。
无疑，比如说，如果政府对所有零售统一征收20%的税，而且如果我们出于简化目的，假设这项税收可以在各处得到同等有效地执行的话，那么，商家会简单地将所有价格20%的增加“转嫁”给消费者。但实际上，价格根本没有办法增加！就一个具体行业而言，价格是先前定好的（或几乎如此），处在企业获取最大净回报的那个点上。财货或者要素的库存还没有改变，需求表也没有改变。那样的话，价格又怎能上涨呢？
统一销售税的后果，其直接影响是降低企业的总收益，税收的数量即为降低的数量。
根本上讲，税收是对原始要素的收入征收的，货币从它们手中转让给了政府。政府以及那些受政府补贴的人的收入，以纳税人为代价而增加。所以，市场上的消费和投资需求以税收的数量，从生产者转移到了征收者。结果是，货币单位的价值会保持不变（不考虑纳税人与食税人的货币需求之间的差异），但价格数组会根据需求的变动而变动。因此，如果市场在服装上有大量开支，而政府的税收收入主要用于购买军备，那么服装价格会下跌，武器价格会上涨，非专用要素趋于从服装生产留出，进入武器生产。
人们通常以为销售税是为了惩罚消费，而不是惩罚收入或者资本。可是我们发现，销售税不仅仅减少了消费，还削减了原始要素的收入。统一销售税因此是一项所得税——尽管是相当随意的一种。
E． 土地增值税
一旦税收降临，它们便开始破坏、妨碍和扭曲市场的生产活动。显然，对工资征税会扭曲劳动努力的配置，对利润征税会损坏利润—亏损这一经济的发动机，对利息征税会消费资本等等。人们通常承认这条规则有一个例外，那就是亨利·乔治的学说，认为土地所有者并不起到生产性的功能，因此政府可以安全地对土地价值征税，而不用担心因此会减少市场上的生产性服务供给。
可惜的是，尽管出于纯粹实用或者保守的理由，极少经济学家曾去挑战这一基本假设。
可是，这一乔治主义的核心论点完全是错误的。土地所有者承担着非常重要的生产性服务。他发现、利用土地，然后将之分配给最有生产力的买家。我们一定不能被土地的有形库存一直固定的事实所误导。就土地而言，它与其他物质财货一样，被出售的不仅仅是有形财货，而且还包括它所带来的全部服务——其中包括将所有权从卖家转让给买家的服务，而且进行得十分有效。土地并不是现成的；所有者必须将它提供给使用者服务。土地所有者通过将土地分配到它们最具价值生产力的用途（最受消费者需要的用途）而赚取最高的地租。我们也尤其不能忽视，位置以及土地所有者在确保土地各尽其用中提供的生产性服务的重要性。
F． 对“过剩购买力”课税
我们将批判下面这种十分常见的看法：在经济景气时，政府应当增加税收，“从而吸走过剩购买力”，以此制止通货膨胀并稳定经济。
假设在繁荣时期，有A、B、C三位先生，他们手头有钱，会花费一些钱在某个商品上——比如烟斗——以一定的市场价格，比如10美元每把。政府认为这是极为不幸的情况，市场价格——根据某种武断的、未说明的标准来判断——“太高了”，因此它要帮助它的百姓，就必须对他们课税，从而降低价格。假设三人真的被征以足够的税，让烟斗价格下降到8美元。既然税收的增加正等于他们的货币资金的减少，他们的生活怎么会变得更好了呢？简言之，这是提高“税收价格”，从而让其他财货价格下降。一个自愿的价格，买家愿付，卖家也接受，它又怎么会是“有害”于购买者，或者成了他们的负担呢？而与此同时，强制针对这些买家征收一个“价格”，用于支付他们没有表现出需求的政府服务，又怎么会对他们是“好事”呢？为什么高价格对他们构成负担而高税收却不然呢？
