💯 necessity is the incentive.
Cantillon effect suggests that people in the US will be among the last to adopt… tho, it doesn’t look that way. I think this is solely due to accessibility. That might be the best thing for us as a community to work on.

I haven't fully decided yet. Most likely just self distribution of a epub. You have to sell so many copies to make the printing and shipping worth it. Even if the quality and information value is there (which in my humble opinion it is) it is still a very niche subject. Even concentrated on nostr interest would be 30 - 40 copies top I would guess.
