Yeah. It's catchy slogans to drive home the message of distrust clearly. It's important that we have extremely high standards for trust and are aware of the possibilities. The idea that an IOU is completely worthless just because there's a 0.1% chance it will become irredeemable, is a little overkill, but it drives home the message as quickly and effectively as possible that you don't know, that there is that real chance. It's like an oversimplified guideline.
The way it all works in reality is we tailor our risk tolerance to ourselves, as well as craft a risk model, an understanding of how this all works, in our heads. We use the tech but allocate this percent or that percent to onchain, liquid, lightning, cashu, etc... we engage our friends with certain subsets of that and help them allocate for what makes sense for their use cases and risks. The simple message is just a good reminder for plebs who've been in a long time, and a good initiation for new plebs who are ready to become paranoid.

这就是我常说的认知混乱之由来。认知混乱跟随着起伏不定的情绪随波逐流，并且以情绪化为感知世界的器官。恰恰因为情绪化主导着中国社会，许多人就像集体感染了一种双相情感障碍，一丁点分歧或者一丁点风吹草动也能造成大起大落的情绪波动。
亲爱的AEU，要清醒地意识到我们的这个社会发生了什么事情，光靠去看去听去读是不够的，我们首先需要游刃有余地驾驭我们的自己情绪，才能避免用情绪充当感觉器官。这也是为什么我一再鼓励社会去学习斯多葛主义，去克制自己的情绪，成为自己的主人，不受变幻莫测的情绪驱使。
亲爱的AEU，我们之所以要这样做，不是因为我们讨厌人类的情感，不是因为感性是靠不住的东西，而是因为浮躁的社会情绪会干扰我们对社会出路的判断，会加剧我们对于彼此的不信任和敌对关系。我们这样做反而是因为我们珍视人类的情感，我们要在钢铁丛林里建立一个温情社会，就需要有充沛的情感。但是亲爱的AEU，我们需要的是情感不是滥情，不是无法自我节制的情感，也不是媚俗，更不是随波逐流、大起大落，而是懂得克制而且能够收放自如的情感。
假如一个人上一刻还活力四射、载欣载奔，下一刻就冷酷无情、麻木不仁，这样的人也许会是一个好朋友，但是经不起挫折和挑战，我们知道他的友好也自然惧怕他忽然翻脸不认人，因为性格反复无常无法在人与人之间建立真正的信任和友爱。
亲爱的AEU，我们需要许多像你一样的年轻人跟我们一起来改变这个社会，首当其冲就是要在这样的社会里建立不动如山的信心：我们看到哪里有不动如山的信心，就会朝哪里聚集，未来那里就会是社会变革的风暴中心。
怎么建立社会信心呢？我们不但需要很多人自发抑制起伏不定的情绪，还要建立足够冷静、足够稳定的情感联结，直到把我们的社会联结成一个牢不可破的“情感共同体”。
情绪化不见得是中文自身语言特点造成的，西班牙语和意大利语比中文更加情绪化，但仍然不妨碍一个社会出现冷静的思想家和卓越的政治家。情绪化是社会环境和时代环境共同促成的，是长期安全感缺失、信任缺失和缺乏正常情感关怀所致。
我们实际上并不知道中文真正的潜力在哪里，依照政治语言自身特点来说，含糊而且暧昧的语言反而是最高级的政治话语（虽然政治家很多时候也达不到这种水准）。我们要做的是重塑语言自身的可塑性，就如同重塑我们年轻人的可塑性一样。
我们现在实际上没有体会过未被中共意识形态污染的纯净的中文语言，我们并不知道这种语言未来潜力在哪里。可以肯定的是，语言的改造和未来社会变革会一同进行，未来某个时机我们还会清算这样的语言，就像战后德国清算纳粹德语、恢复德语原本优美的语言特点（几乎所有马列主义政权上台之前就已经推动语言贬值，而上台之后又大幅度改造语言，这就是中共官场土话和中国社会暴力语言横行的源头）。未来我们也会清算我们现在使用的语言：许多社会心理障碍、偏见以及谬误充斥着我们的语言，还有无处不在的暴力意识在透过语言分化我们。
我们不必等遥远的未来，我们即刻就可以出发去改变我们日常使用的语言，去尝试、去探索我们从来没有过的经验。我们的所有价值观念和社会心理障碍，都隐藏在我们未经察觉语言习惯之中。我们知道改变是必然的，不从语言开始就从语言结束。
亲爱的AEU，近期在与朋友们交流的时候，我也谈到了同样的事情：我们要建立一套真正被民主价值观念赋值的新的政治语言，我们要让新的政治语言充满清醒的冷峻的现实感，还要用温情、优美和真挚来填充和挤占中国社会趋于僵尸化的、粗糙的劣质语言。
我们要建立一套新的政治话语对中共的政治话语产生“挤出效应”。只有这样我们才能在言论市场上赢得立足点和生存空间。我们会在这种共识上，建立一个真正的政治上的反对派。
亲爱的AEU，不要灰心。信心就是这样在百折不挠的社会困境中产生的。反倒是那些因为发展势头良好而信心大振的“信心”更像是投机，不是真正的信心。真正的信心是在最看不到希望的时刻仍然坚定信心去做其他人不以为然的事情。

Yes, my content was nice, technically relevant, even entertaining.
But it didn’t get to the point.
I was not able to present to those outside the Bitcoin bubble why this is an important matter.
I was not talking to those outside, I was talking to the inner circle.
I was not able to express my vision on the future.
Thus, I will try to change the way I educate people on Bitcoin.
First of all, by presenting my vision for the future. A better, orange, future.
Then, by understanding the everyday problems of the people.
Understanding how these problems affect the people.
Highlighting the cause.
Presenting a solution.
Bitcoin should come at last, non at first.

União quer impedir Grupo Collor de receber mais de R$ 2 milhões por erro judicial

(PGFN) pediu à Justiça que mantenha bloqueados R$ 2,1 milhões requisitados pela Organização Arnon de Mello (OAM), grupo de comunicação controlado pelo ex-presidente Fernando Collor. A solicitação ocorreu no processo de recuperação judicial da empresa, que inclui rádios, TVs, portais, jornal e gráfica.
Segundo a PGFN, a quantia permanece penhorada em execução fiscal de 2014, movida contra a TV Gazeta, afiliada da
Globo na região. O valor serve como garantia caso a OAM não cumpra os acordos de parcelamento de dívidas com a União. O órgão alega também que o montante busca recompor perdas causadas por um erro judicial que permitiu liberação superior a R$ 5 milhões acima do autorizado à emissora em 2023.

O órgão, que integra a Advocacia-Geral da União e administra a dívida ativa da União e do FGTS, formalizou o pedido em 29 de maio. Trata-se de uma resposta à solicitação da OAM ao juiz Erick Costa de Oliveira Filho, da 10ª Vara Cível da Capital. O grupo pretendia acessar os valores de aluguéis pagos pelo Tribunal Regional Eleitoral pelo uso do prédio entre outubro de 2023 e novembro de 2024, com a finalidade de quitar dívidas trabalhistas.
A justificativa para bloquear o dinheiro de Fernando Collor
A OAM alegou, em novembro de 2024, que os R$ 2,1 milhões seriam destinados ao pagamento de 250 credores trabalhistas que aderiram a acordos de transação homologados pela
Justiça, fora do plano principal de recuperação judicial. A Justiça chegou a aprovar a liberação dos recursos em 7 de maio, depois de pareceres favoráveis do Ministério Público de Alagoas e do administrador judicial José Luiz Lindoso, sob condição de comprovação dos pagamentos.

No entanto, dez dias depois, a decisão foi revertida pelo mesmo juiz depois da manifestação de credores trabalhistas que questionaram a permanência de Collor e do diretor-executivo Luís Amorim na gestão da OAM. O grupo também pediu a revisão da decisão que autorizava o acesso aos valores.
O ex-presidente, condenado a oito anos e dez meses de prisão por corrupção e lavagem de dinheiro entre 2010 e 2014, no caso que envolve a BR Distribuidora, cumpre pena domiciliar em Maceió. As condenações motivaram novo pedido dos credores para barrar a liberação do montante.
"Collor vai no Brasil uma grande Maceió", disse o jornalista Augusto Nunes, em participação no podcast OesteCast. "Quando Collor ia para o cabaré com os amigos, gastava dinheiro e justificava o gasto como se estivesse ido ao posto ao lado do Palácio da Prefeitura."

Processos trabalhistas
Para a PGFN, a quantia deve continuar bloqueada para recompor a penhora, já que houve liberação indevida de valores por falha processual, e não pode ser liberada para outros fins. Em maio de 2021, decisão no processo de recuperação judicial permitiu o desbloqueio de aluguéis retidos até então, no valor de R$ 2,5 milhões, com substituição da garantia pelo imóvel da OAM.
No entanto, segundo os autos, uma falha resultou na liberação de aluguéis até setembro de 2023, totalizando R$ 8 milhões — cerca de R$ 5 milhões a mais do que o autorizado. O saldo do débito, conforme a Justiça Federal, estava em aproximadamente R$ 15 milhões até 30 de dezembro de 2024, enquanto o depósito em juízo era menor, cerca de R$ 12 milhões, segundo decisão de fevereiro do juiz Sérgio de Abreu Brito, da 5ª Vara Federal de Alagoas.

A PGFN também critica a liberação inicial dos recursos sem sua notificação prévia, ao alegar descumprimento do acordo firmado em dezembro de 2022 para parcelamento das dívidas da OAM com a União. O acordo excluiu apenas os débitos ligados ao FGTS, que somam mais de R$ 30 milhões, segundo a lista de devedores da PGFN.
Os procuradores destacam que o acerto de 2022 obriga a manutenção de todas as garantias já formalizadas nas execuções fiscais até a quitação total dos valores negociados. Alegam ainda que aluguéis penhorados não são bens de capital e só podem ser liberados caso haja substituição adequada das garantias.

A penhora de bens de Collor
O imóvel do TRE, segundo a PGFN, já foi alvo de outras penhoras fiscais e não representa garantia real para eventual inadimplência da OAM. As dificuldades financeiras da organização se intensificaram desde que entrou em recuperação judicial, em 2019, para negociar um passivo de R$ 64 milhões.
Apesar de o plano de recuperação ter sido aprovado pelos credores em julho de 2022, suspeitas de crimes falimentares, como possíveis práticas de “compra de votos”, motivaram o envio do caso à polícia. Ex-funcionários recorreram à Justiça do Trabalho para cobrar direitos, o que levou à despersonalização da pessoa jurídica e bloqueio de bens de Collor e da mulher dele, Caroline Serejo.
Em julho do ano passado, Caroline teve quase R$ 500 mil retirados de sua conta para quitar dívida com uma jornalista acometida por câncer e que não recebeu verbas trabalhistas da TV Gazeta. Imóveis de alto padrão de Collor, incluindo uma cobertura em Maceió e uma chácara em Campos do Jordão (SP), também sofreram penhora judicial.
