几个挑榴莲的小技巧
⭐看果型。尽量选果型均匀、个头圆润的，形状像荔枝的为佳，这样果肉会比较均衡，不易出现大小果。
⭐看果刺。榴莲刺最好是底部宽大、又高又长，且“刺间距”大。这样的榴莲，果肉成熟、饱满，所以能把皮上的刺撑开。反之，果刺尖细、距离太密的榴莲就不太好。
⭐捏一捏。用手指捏相邻的果刺，能够掰到一起就是熟了，吃起来香甜软糯，如果无法捏动，说明榴莲比较生。
⭐看果柄。用指甲轻轻划一下果柄，有痕迹说明比较新鲜；果柄粗的榴莲比较好，过细或干瘪都不宜购买。
⭐看瓣数。榴莲突出的瓣越多，开出来的果肉越多。
⭐看颜色。颜色偏黄、略带一点绿色的成熟度一般较好。
⭐闻一闻。靠近榴莲底部闻一闻，成熟的榴莲味道馥郁，未成熟的榴莲有刚剪过的青草味，如果裂开口还没味，大概率是死包，无法成熟。如果有酒精味，说明榴莲过熟，甚至有些变质。
⭐摇一摇。把榴莲拿起来轻轻摇晃，如果有碰撞的感觉，或稍有点声音，证明果肉已成熟并脱壳。
