波士顿科学宣布退出全球心脏瓣膜业务

一是适时介入侦查，精准锚定虚拟货币犯罪取证方向。
二是更新证明理念，提炼虚拟货币犯罪证据审查规则。
三是严密组织论证，明晰涉案虚拟货币价值认定标准。面对实务中对虚拟货币是否具备刑法意义上的价值以及其价值应如何计算存在的不同意见，玄武区检察院组织理论界和实务界专家深入分析该类案件特征，经研究一致认为虚拟货币交易虽然属于非法金融活动，但虚拟货币并非违禁品，具有价值和交换价值，符合刑法中“财物”的特征。

oh yeah, paid sites also allow you to save videos to hard drive, but i don't use that feature because unlike on free sites videos don't tend to get removed very often.
of course features vary from site to site and from one subscription plan to another.
you could theoretically use tools to save videos from free sites but it can be glitchy.

特朗普政府已要求美国半导体软件设计公司停止向中国出售服务
据报道，几位知情人士表示，美国商务部已要求所谓的电子设计自动化集团（包括Cadence、Synopsys和SiemensEDA）停止向中国供应技术。据知情人士透露，美国商务部负责监管出口管制的机构——工业和安全局已通过信函向这些公司发出了这项指令。目前尚不清楚是否每家美国EDA公司都收到了信函。此举标志着美国政府为遏制中国开发尖端人工智能芯片的能力而采取的重大新举措。
