Công thức ăn uống chung:
Sáng trưa: bổ não tu bổ gan mật ( gan đủ đường mật độ đắng thì tiêu hoá tốt đạm béo)
Về chiều bổ tủy ( đạm sạch béo sạch).
Để sạch mạch máu việc đầu tiên kiểm soát được chế độ ăn đầu vào ( giảm ăn đạm động vật, giảm ăn đồ công nghiệp, đồ chế biến sẵn..chắc rằng anh chị có đủ kiến thức về ăn uống chỉ cần nhận ra nó và giảm bớt ạ) mình ăn sao để khoẻ thì ưu tiên đừng ăn ngon ăn nhiều ăn vì sự có sẵn ( tiện nghi thích có sẵn để ăn mà sinh bệnh).
