I studied Bayesian theorem as part of my "Masters in A.I." curriculum.
Just for your interest, I really struggled with Bayes for the longest of time. This "mathematical rule for inverting conditional probabilities" just wouldn't click with me. Part of the reason was me (of course) but in retrospect, I can also see it was not fully understood by our Lecturer. Because nobody in my class "got it" the first time around!
Decades later, I stumbled upon a YouTube video that used neat graphics to explain Bayes in motion, so to speak. Then I "got it"!
When applied appropriately, Bayes is very powerful, and I understand it has been used by the Insurance Industry for decades already.

2. Patch and Update your software regularly - Updates are not just for cool new features. They fix bugs and patch vulnerabilities that can be used by hackers and malware to target your systems and data.
3. Use a Password Manager - This makes it easy to have a unique, hard-to-break password for each site.
4. Phishing Info Training - Conduct regular trainings with your team(s) to inform them how to spot phishing attempts. A lot of hacks are done by having people click links and reveal codes from what looks like legit sites.
5. Regular Offline Backups - Backup your data often. Keep some backups off-line.

Most of your concerns are fixed with lightning, though you still need to know what you're doing.
You can get better privacy with lightning than any privacy coin, and avoid using a shitcoin in the process. Lightning swaps and submarine swaps are probably where you want to look for more on that. If you're coming from kyc bitcoin, probably best to also coinjoin before jumping into that route, just for good measure.
