在中国社会，除了小黄吗喽这一个群体之外，还有另外一个奇葩的群体，那就是庞大的编外人员。
这一群体，类别繁杂，有教育系统的代课老师，有公安系统的辅警，还有政府行政系统的临时工，城管系统的临时工，如果把范围扩大一些，那些在国企央企没有固定合同的，都算这一类人。甚至近几年依靠武汉新冠疫情异军突起的社会网格员，都属于这一类人群。
这个群体最大的特征就是，附庸体制存活，干体制内不愿意干的重活累活。
这整个群体体现出来的群体性幻觉特别明显，简单一点说，这类人群，得了体制内的病，却没有体制内的病。
以为自己离领导近，就自己也是领导了，活脱脱的狗腿子一个。在领导面前无底线跪舔，在小黄吗喽面前尽情压榨。
这群人的弱智表现，已经出现过很多次的全国范围的舆情事件。这些舆情事件基本都出现在对小黄吗喽的执法过程中。
无一例外，这些舆情事件的最终的背锅侠就是这些编外人员，说他们暴力执法或者什么违规执法等等一系列的借口。
这种忽悠小黄吗喽的说辞漏洞百出，明眼人很容易就看出来，首先一条：编外人员根本就没有执法证，那他执的什么法。糊弄鬼不是。
所以，这一类群体，干最累的活，顶最重的锅，拿最少的钱。 唯一支撑他们活着的居然是幻觉，一种人上人的幻觉。
这类人群近一年来，居然靠着这股子幻觉，集体干出了一件匪夷所思的事情，那就是不拿工资也能干活。
是的，我开始也不敢相信，直到我近期接二连三的看到他们的讨薪新闻，我才意识到：这群狗腿子人群，居然好多没有发绩效了，只发着3000多的基本工资，有的连基本工资都拖欠好几个月了。
失业下岗不可怕，最起码你还有最基本的人格，但是你他妈的几个月不发工资，你也不肯自己下岗，还能卖力的干活，这就有点离大谱了。
难道幻觉真的可以替代柴米油盐酱醋茶吗？
难道人真的可以依靠幻觉活着吗？
