#wos never stopped working in the US. if it was supposed to not work, we'll I've been using it and strike as my main wallets.
it's a nice #wallet that's easy use. these two are currently my only recommendations, but for #onboarding, I recommend #PayPal & #Venmo especially if the person is already familiar with either of them.
WOS needs advertising or something to get the word out that it works in the US, always has, and pretty well too.
