美国德克萨斯州区块链委员会（Texas Blockchain Council）创始人兼主席Lee Bratcher对The Block表示，德克萨斯州应该很快成为第三个建立战略比特币储备的州。
Lee Bratcher表示，如果该法案在州议会获得通过，他相信州长Greg Abbott将会签署该法案成为法律。周三，德克萨斯州议员以压倒性多数投票通过了参议院第21号法案，该法案允许建立比特币储备。他说：“我已经亲自和州长谈过这件事了，我认为他希望看到德克萨斯州以这种方式发挥带头作用，但我当然不会强加于他。他会在适当的时候做出决定。”

A Comissão de Constituição e Justiça do Senado aprovou uma proposta de emenda à Constituição do Senador do PSB Jorge Kajuru que acaba com a reeleição para presidente, governadores e prefeitos, aumenta os mandatos deles para cinco anos, reduz o mandato de senador de oito para cinco anos; e unifica a data das eleições municipais, estaduais e federais.
A proposta ainda precisa ser aprovada no plenário do Senado - e, depois, na Câmara, para entrar em vigor só daqui a nove anos.
