Ogni volta che una transazione Bitcoin viene creata, essa spende una o più UTXO esistenti e crea una o più nuove UTXO. Questo set è fondamentale per la verifica delle transazioni, poiché un nodo deve poter confermare che gli input di una nuova transazione siano UTXO valide e spendibili. Questo suggerisce che molte delle UTXO di piccolo valore sono associate a schemi di incorporamento dati o protocolli di trasferimento che utilizzano la teoria ordinale.

Sebbene teoricamente spendibili (poiché il primo degli N tasti pubblici è valido), la loro età e la loro origine legata alla memorizzazione di dati le rendono un esempio di "bloat" del set UTXO che i node runner devono gestire.

Компанія Microsoft почала інтегрувати штучний інтелект у контекстне меню файлового провідника Windows 11. Технологічний гігант називає свою нову функцію ШІ-діями, які дозволяють виконувати певні операції з файлами.
На цей час в останніх версіях Windows 11 для розробників тестуються чотири дії із зображеннями: візуальний пошук схожих зображень у інтернеті через Bing, розмиття фону та видалення об’єктів у додатку “Фотографії”, а також видалення фону в Paint.
Microsoft планує незабаром протестувати подібні ШІ-дії для документів, що дозволить отримувати короткий опис документів, які зберігаються в OneDrive чи SharePoint, створювати списки з файлів тощо. Ці функції будуть доступні лише з підпискою на Microsoft 365 з ліцензією Copilot. Поки що незрозуміло, чи можна буде вимкнути ці ШІ-дії в контекстному меню, але вони йдуть слідом за опцією “Запитати Copilot”, яку Microsoft нещодавно теж додала до контекстного меню файлового провідника.
Разом із ШІ-діями у провіднику Microsoft тестує деякі візуальні зміни, пов’язані з віджетами у Windows 11, а саме “більш організовану, персоналізовану та захопливу стрічку”. Крім того, у стрічці з’являться історії, керовані Copilot.
Остання версія Windows 11 Dev містить нову функцію “Керування живленням процесора з урахуванням взаємодії користувача”, яку Microsoft описує як зміну на рівні операційної системи для зниження енергоспоживання на ноутбуках і планшетах. Після певного періоду бездіяльності Windows заощаджує електроенергію, автоматично застосовуючи ефективні методи керування живленням. Це відбувається непомітно, і як тільки користувач повертається до роботи, продуктивність миттєво відновлюється.

The only (informed) argument I see for that position is something along the lines of "this acts as an endorsement that such data storage is fine, and will encourage people to do more of it. You can observe that this effect has already happened with a large increase in op_return activity since the pr was opened, and the creation of a new "op20" token scheme. That endorsement will flow over to schemes that use witness data, increasing their use as well. That will make it less likely that will have non-full blocks (due to more token usage of either type) and increase the data storage requirements of non-pruned nodes due to increased witness usage"
Personally, I think the immediate observable effect is due solely to the publicity the issue has generated and will disappear when attention moves elsewhere.
