On this Tuesday afternoon, the Legislative Chamber of the Federal District (CLDF) approved project 1708/25, which institutes the Red May campaign in the Federal District. The campaign aims to raise awareness among the population about the risks of stroke. Stroke is a clinical condition characterized by the occlusion (ischemic stroke) or rupture (hemorrhagic stroke) of one of the arteries that irrigate the brain. About 85% of cases are ischemic strokes: brain tissue suffers from lack of irrigation. Hemorrhagic strokes, on the other hand, are almost always more dramatic, with blood invading the brain and meninges. The author of the project, Deputy Martins Machado (Republicans), explains the importance of the campaign. "The campaign we propose in this bill aims to help the population and professionals recognize the first signs of a stroke, as well as disseminate which are the nearest health services capable of receiving and treating patients," says the distrital. The project was approved in first and second rounds and will proceed to the governor's signature or veto.

I am really sorry man that is awful! I understand that for relatively short periods of time we can feel numb or nothing especially when we have a task that has to be done, I assume you will "feel" again probably sooner than later. Someone once told me this and I find it to be true. "The grief we suffer from losing a loved one is like there is a pain/sadness/hopelessness button on the ceiling of a small room with a large ball that completely fills the room at first constantly pressing on the hurt button as time goes by the ball very slowly deflates but is still bouncing around that small room at first as it is slowly deflated we feel short periods of time without that hurt button being pressed by the ball, as time goes on the ball very very slowly gets smaller and smaller hitting the button less often. It never goes away but as years go by the ball gets smaller and small and the hurt button gets hit less and less often." I probably butcherd that a bit but hopefully the idea makes sense. Not that this is what you are going through right now though it is way to soon I think the not feeling for short periods of time right now is just a survival response. Take care of yourself and I speak from my experience that it will get easier but your in the shit right now. I feel for you but it will get better.
