浙江：加强基础模型和垂直模型攻关
浙江省人民政府近日印发《关于支持人工智能创新发展的若干措施》，其中提出，加强基础模型和垂直模型攻关。重点围绕人工智能关键核心技术难题与重大需求，聚焦高性能算力、编程模型与训练框架、算力集群、数据库系统等软、硬件关键技术，按照“成熟一个、启动一个”原则，组织实施省重大科技专项，开展关键核心技术攻关，强化“芯模联动”发展，单个项目可给予最高1000万元省财政补助。建立省级创新联合体组建与重大科技专项联动实施机制，对省级创新联合体牵头实施的重大项目，省市县三级联动可给予最高3000万元补助。
